After CustomerCare Guaranteed! has expired Netopia offers several options to provide you with the support you need, when you need it. To order any service contract, please call Netopia Customer Service representatives at (510) 814-5000, ext. 1 between 6AM and 5:30PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Be sure to have your equipment serial and model number ready.

One day:
If you need help troubleshooting a particular problem and just need help on a single day, our one-day option may be best for you. Includes unlimited toll-free telephone support during business hours over a 24-hour period. $35.*

30-day:
If you need help over several days our 30-day option may be best for you. Includes unlimited toll-free telephone support during business hours over a 30-day period. $95.

One Year:
If you want to be sure the Netopia technical support team is available to you throughout the year, this may be the best option for you. It offers the best value as it also extends the warranty period for a full year from date of contract purchase. Includes unlimited toll-free telephone support during business hours over a 365-day period. $245. ($50 discount if purchased within the first 60-days.)

Out of Warranty Repair Policy:
Netopia includes a one year warranty on Internet Equipment. (Click here for warranty information). Should your equipment fail after the warranty has expired, you can consider purchasing repaired equipment at a special price. Call Customer Service for further information and pricing for the equipment you need at (510) 814-5000, ext. 1.

Replacement Unit Policy (RMA):
Should your Netopia equipment fail during the original or extended warranty period, Netopia will replace the equipment with a repaired or new unit. One day of technical support is included within 15 days of the delivery of the RMA unit. Your existing service contract and/or warranty transfers to the RMA unit.

* If it is determined that the warranty issue is due to Netopia Equipment and not configuration problems the $35 fee will be refunded.
